INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND FINANCIAL STRATEGY ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN PT. SILOAM INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALS MANADO
Raymond Rombot, Jufry Rompas, Jeane Christine Lasut, Denny I.Y Rompas Abstract: The purpose of this research to determine the effect between dependent and independent variables. The research was carried out on finance accounting employees at PT Siloam International Hospitals Manado, with a total of 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation in the field. Data collected and analyzed by statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Test.
