Article Processing Charges (APC)

Scientific Research Journal (SCIRJ) is a Diamond Open Access initiative. We do not charge for manuscript submission. To cover the costs of DOI registration, professional layout, web hosting, and permanent archiving, a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after a paper is formally accepted following a double-blind peer review.

Note: This fee includes: Double-blind peer review, professional typesetting, CrossRef DOI assignment, global indexing, and a digital Certificate of Publication.

Important Payment Policies

• Payment Timing: Authors should pay the APC ONLY after receiving a formal Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Editorial Board.
• Refund Policy: Once an article is published online, the APC is non-refundable as the services (formatting, DOI registration, and hosting) have already been rendered. Refunds are only processed if a payment was made in error or a duplicate transaction occurred.
• Withdrawal Policy: Authors may withdraw their manuscript free of charge before the peer-review process begins. If a manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, a processing fee may apply.
