Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Welcome to the SCIRJ Support Center. Whether you are a first-time author or a seasoned reviewer, this page provides comprehensive answers to help you navigate our publication process for both the Scientific Research Journal (SCIRJ) and the SRJ of AI & Digital Transformation (SRJADT).

1. Submission & Scope

Q: Which journal should I choose for my research?

A: SCIRJ is a multidisciplinary journal covering Science, Management, and Arts. SRJADT is a specialized title focused strictly on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation. If your work bridges both, we recommend SRJADT for higher visibility in tech-specific databases.

Q: What is the submission deadline for the next issue?

A: Both journals publish monthly. The submission deadline is usually the 25th of every month. Papers received after this date are automatically considered for the following month’s edition.

2. Peer Review & Timelines

Q: How long does the review process take?

A: We prioritize rapid but rigorous review. Authors typically receive initial feedback within 12 to 15 working days. The final publication occurs within 5 days of acceptance and fee verification.

Q: What is "Double-Blind" Peer Review?

A: It means the reviewers do not know who the authors are, and the authors do not know who the reviewers are. This prevents bias and ensures the paper is judged solely on its scientific merit.

3. Indexing, DOI & Impact

Q: Will my paper receive a DOI?

A: Yes. Every article published by SCIRJ and SRJADT is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via CrossRef. This ensures your research is permanently discoverable and citable.

Q: Where will my research be indexed?

A: Our journals are currently indexed in Google Scholar, CrossRef, Scribd, and various open-access repositories. We are actively working toward Scopus and Web of Science inclusion for 2026.

4. Publication Fees & Copyright

Q: Why does SCIRJ charge a publication fee (APC)?

A: As a Diamond Open Access publisher, we do not charge readers to access your work. The Article Processing Charge (APC) covers DOI registration, editorial management, server hosting, and long-term digital preservation.

Q: Who owns the copyright of the published paper?

A: The Author retains full copyright. We publish under the CC BY 4.0 license, which allows you to share and reuse your work freely while being credited as the original creator.
