The interest in knowing what the employee expects from the company in return for their loyalty and high productivity is the best topic the company stakeholders wonot miss. Theoretically many scholars had their opinions concerning employee productivity. This research is focused on the real-life reasons for the employee to be more productive in the company. The research questions are what is the employee expectations form the company? What makes the employee happy and enthusiastic to work? How is the working environment which the employees dream of?
