Scirj Volume V, Issue VI, June 2017 Edition ISSN: 2201-2796 Charles C. Nweke, Chukwugozie Donatus Nwoye Abstract: It is the considered opinion of this paper that the ultimate aim of man knowingly or unwittingly is peace of mind. All life endeavours in terms of different occupations and the means of achieving them are all geared towards this goal though somewhat hidden or unknown to many. Arguably, life ambitions and the means of arriving at them are all pivoted on the peace of mind for their success. In this piece, the researchers are out to show how philosophy, primarily, is tailored naturally for creating peace of mind.
