Scirj Volume VI, Issue VII, July 2018 Edition ISSN: 2201-2796 A Study of the Best Applicable Marketing Strategies for PICOMS International University College Malaysia Datuk Dr Mahamad Zubir bin Seeht Saad Abstract: PICOMS International University College Malaysia has been adopting some marketing and advertising strategies as well as methods throughout the recent years in its efforts to increase recruitment of new students into its wide variety of courses offered. This research is being carried out to review the effectiveness of its current marketing and advertising strategies, before looking into further refining its marketing and advertising strategies by incorporating other means of advertisements and marketing practices. For the purpose of this research, a questionnaire survey has been designed and passed on to a total of 800 respondents where 400 are new students along with their 400 parents of the July 2018 intake to evaluate the existing marketing practices and seek for further improvements.
