The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Working Climate on the Performance of Nurses through Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Private Hospitals in Jakarta, Indonesia

Abstract: This study has six objectives. First, to examine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and working environment on the performance of nurses. Second, to examine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and working environment on the performance of nurses through Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Third, to examine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and working environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Fourth, to examine the influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment. Fifth, to examine the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of nurses through Organizational Commitment. Sixth, to examine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the Performance of Nurses in the Private hospitals in Jakarta, Indonesia.
