Scirj Volume VIII, Issue II, February 2020 Edition ISSN: 2201-2796 Ismaniah, Josy Adiwisastra, Musa Hubeis, Hariatia Ambiar Abstract: This study has a purpose to know the impacts on leadership, official competence, organizational culture and participation of people toward the quality of integrated licensing services on trading business license (SIUP) in Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia. Non-effectiveness of the implementation of integrated licensing services on SIUP in Bekasi City is a significant meaning of this study. The method of this study uses a quantitative approach as an instrument to collect data by making survey through questionnaire and field observation. In addition, secondary data is obtained from district government that is published through BPS and DPM-PTSP Bekasi. Then, this data is analized statistically by using multiple regression analysis. The result of study indicates that leadership, official competence, organizational culture and participation of the people, either partially or collectively, have significant impacts on the quality of integrated licensing services on trading business license in Bekasi City.
