Evelyne M. Mwendwa Abstract: Most of the modern countries are faced with so many challenges in both education and economy. These challenges have brought a lot of problems to different people at different developmental stages. This sums up that secondary school students are also affected. Most of the times, they find themselves acting illegally towards the school rules and regulations hence colliding with the teachers.
