Abstract: Credit card may be used to get goods and services,through Sales of Goods Contract. Credit cards as aFinancial Institution's products are developed by Kepres(Decision of President) No.61/1988 and Keputusan MenteriKeuangan RI (Decision of Minister of Financial Affair)No. 1251/KMK. 013/1998.
