Tawfik Abstract: Due to the Coronavirus crisis that we are living in now, many nurses and health care providers in isolation hospitals have been infected and dying, causing an increase in hospital staff deaths around the world. This is a serious problem as it will cause a shortage of healthcare providers in hospitals. So, our main goal is how can we save the lives of health care providers, especially nurses while they have direct contact with patients while working in isolation hospitals from infection with Covid-19 or any upcoming infectious disease?

Oguoma Abstract: Development of a heuristic algorithm where there is a control measure to cost is presented. The study developed a flow chart of heuristic algorithm and dynamic programming was noted as optimization tool to obtain the cost function. The results obtained moved towards the left which showcased reduction in the cost function (Z). A control measure to cost function was obtain in order to check the cost function in terms of trend, this is denoted as Zcheck.

Abstract: This study was designed to determine the personnel development needs of agricultural science teachers in senior secondary schools in Northern Senatorial District of Cross River State. The specific objectives were: to determine the caliber of agricultural science teachers teaching at senior secondary school level and to determine the perceived importance of technical competencies of animal husbandry by agricultural science teachers. Other objectives included to determine the technical competencies in animal husbandry which the agricultural science teachers feel they possess for teaching animal husbandry at senior secondary school level and to determine in-service programmes preferred for retraining to acquire technical competencies in animal husbandry by agricultural science teachers.
